Mark Lee from Balgaddy, Lucan, Co Dublin appeared briefly at the Central Criminal Court this afternoon (MON) where he entered his plea. The charge states that between July 26 and July 27, 2020, with knowledge of the existence of a criminal organisation, Lee intentionally or recklessly committed an act to facilitate the murder of Thomas McCarthy.
