Declan Service, 62, of Sunnyvale Avenue, Portrush, was arrested by appointment yesterday/today (Fri) following a market abuse investigation by the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau (GNECB).
He was charged at the Bridewell Garda station with two counts of allegedly engaging in insider dealing in that he possessed information used in acquiring and disposing of financial instruments to which that information relates.The offences allegedly occurred between May 18 and May 22, 2020.
